1 ON 1 TRAINING
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

You’ll also receive custom programming and nutrition plans and regularly meet with a nutrition coach while tracking your progress through our app. This makes it easier to complete your workouts with us, at home, or on the road, helping you achieve results. Training plans are designed for all fitness levels, so you’ll be blasting fat, building muscle, and creating the body you’ve always wanted!

NUTRITION COACHING & MEAL PREP

Learn how to implement healthy nutrition choices to support your fitness journey. A custom plan will be created for you based on your goals, and you’ll meet with a nutrition coach monthly to guide you through the process and make adjustments as needed. Meal prep is also available to make things easier.

DATA DRIVEN RESULTS IN IRON BIRD FIT APP
