1 on 1
- Personal Training -

Come in and let's get to work! My individualized and customized 1 on 1 training puts you at the center of attention. By assessing your current fitness level and understanding your specific goals, I'll meet you where you are and guide you through each movement making corrections and modifications as you progress.This is a great option for beginners, or clients with performance goals.

Semi Private
-Training -

Semi private personal training session focused on your personal fitness goals. Sessions consist of 3-5 clients training independently with individual corrections, modifications and guidance throughout the session. This is NOT a class or group training.

- (up to 12 people max) -

As our key training, Ironbird Strong is group training that is here to get you fit FAST. Focusing on increasing your functional strength and power this training increases injury prevention and dramatically improves body composition. Designed for individuals at all fitness levels you’ll be blasting body fat and building the body you’ve always wanted. Welcome to the new #birdgang
